**Duke’s Alley Terms and Conditions**

1. **Reservation and Booking:** All lane reservations must be made in advance. Walk-in availability is subject to lane availability.

2. **Payment:** Payment is required upon booking or prior to bowling. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified forms of payment.

3. **Safety Regulations:** Guests must adhere to all posted safety guidelines and regulations. Proper bowling attire, including bowling shoes, must be worn at all times.

4. **Lane Etiquette:** Respect fellow bowlers and refrain from excessive noise or disruptive behavior. Only one bowler may throw at a time, and lanes must be cleared promptly after completing a game.

5. **Age Restrictions:** Children under a specified age must be supervised by an adult at all times. Age restrictions may apply to certain bowling sessions or events.

6. **Alcohol Policy:** Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by guests of legal drinking age and in designated areas. Excessive consumption will not be tolerated, and intoxicated individuals may be asked to leave.

7. **Food and Beverage:** Outside food and beverages are generally prohibited. Exceptions may be made for special occasions or dietary restrictions with prior approval.

8. **Damages:** Guests are responsible for any damages caused to equipment, lanes, or property. Charges for repairs or replacements may apply.

9. **Refunds and Cancellations:** Refunds may be issued for cancellations made within a specified timeframe prior to the scheduled booking. Refund policies may vary based on the nature of the reservation.

10. **Liability:** While every effort is made to ensure guest safety, the bowling alley is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items that occur on the premises.

11. **Code of Conduct:** Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in ejection from the premises.

12. **Management Discretion:** The management reserves the right to refuse service, terminate reservations, or enforce additional rules as deemed necessary for the safety and enjoyment of all guests.

By booking a reservation or participating in bowling activities at our establishment, guests agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the revocation of bowling privileges without refund.
