Bookings
- Lane and party times are held for you once your booking is confirmed. Please arrive a few minutes early to get shoes and settle in.
- Bookings paid online can be cancelled in the Duke's Alley app up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund to your card. After that, please call us at (256) 439-1428.
- If you're running late, call us. We'll do our best, but your time may be shortened so the next group can start on time.
- Prices, specials and hours may change. The price shown when you book is the price you pay.
Specials, punch card and Birthday Club
- Specials apply automatically to matching bookings and can't be combined; the biggest discount wins.
- Punch-card rewards and specials have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- We may change or end a special or reward program at any time.
At the alley
- Bowling shoes are required on the lanes.
- Alcohol is served to guests 21 and over with a valid ID. Please drink responsibly.
- Please be kind to our staff and other guests. We may ask anyone who isn't to leave.
